Welcome to the Jewelleah Design website.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
We currently accept payments by most major credit / debit cards though our website. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order confirmation. In filling out the payment requirements, you confirm that you are an authorized user of the credit / debit card. All credit / debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by card issuer.
If the issuer of the card / debit card rejects authorization of payment to Jewelleah Design, we will not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery.
PLACING AN ORDER
When you add an item to your shopping bag, you may either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. Once you have paid for your order, we will receive notification of your order.
Please note that this does not guarantee the availability of the merchandise and that ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Although we make every effort to feature in stock pieces in our boutique, occasionally we may sell out of featured items. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days and will not be charged for orders that cannot be fulfilled.
Once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel your order.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased from us online, you may exchange it for store credit within 7 days of purchase. We only accept exchanges for store credit for purchases made from our online shop. Jewellery purchased through any of our retailers must be returned to the store from which it was purchased and are subject to the retailer's individual store policy.
We cannot accept exchanges on items purchased during sales or special promotions, custom orders or international orders. Items must be returned with their original packaging and in perfect, unworn condition. Refund credits do not include shipping costs.

Jewelleah Design is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
BESPOKE AND CUSTOM DESIGN
We offer a bespoke jewellery service.
A Bespoke Consultation Fee of $150 is collected prior to an the initial consultation. This fee is non-refundable.
After an initial consultation, if both parties are happy to move forward, we will do design research which will result in the production of a sketch of the design or a mock up of the piece of jewellery as we see fit.
Once you have confirmed your design specifications for your piece, either via email or in person, we can proceed with your order. When you have chosen a final design and we have worked out a quote, 50% of the quoted final price must be paid before we can proceed with an order. The remainder of your bill will be paid prior to delivery. Once you commit to going ahead with your bespoke design, your 50% deposit is non-refundable as we buy materials specifically for your commission and they then cannot be used for anything else.
Due to the potential for fluctuation in metal and stone prices, our quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue, however we reserve the right to change a quote within this time frame should there be any fluctuation in material costs.
Please note that if you have requested a sketch of how your bespoke jewellery will look, we will match the sketch as closely as possible when translated into the precious metal for your jewellery. Please bear in mind, however, that any sketches are just an indication of how the finished jewellery will look. Because our jewellery often involves the collaboration of many craftsmen in order to make your piece, some slight variations from sketch to final finished jewellery can occur.
Once an order for bespoke jewellery has been placed and paid for, we take this as acceptance of our terms and conditions on bespoke jewellery. No major changes can be made once you have confirmed the design and once you have paid. At this point your order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Any major changes made to a design will incur additional charges.
No refund will be given on any bespoke piece of jewellery at any time.
All our wedding and engagement rings are made to order, therefore we cannot offer refunds.
All finished bespoke jewellery will be photographed and images will be posted on website and social media pages. If your order is a special gift and you would like us to hold off on posting images on social media until you have given the gift, please make us aware of this at the time of payment so we can include this in your project details. Please also provide us with the date when we are able to post photographs of the finished piece(s).
Each piece is made to order. Please allow an estimated 2-6 weeks for your item (excluding shipping).
Standard shipping charges within the United States are $10 per order, and $20 for international.
We do ship internationally, however, there are absolutely no returns or exchanges on international shipments.
